How to access the Reserve?

By car

from Bordeaux (50 km) via the N. 250 main road, or the A 66 motorway, following signs for Bayonne, then the A 630 motorway, following signs for Arcachon.

 

By bicycle

The reserve is served by a network of segregated cycle paths (free of motorized traffic), making it safe to travel by bicycle from all the towns around the Arcachon Basin, as well as Bazas, Langon, Biscarosse, Lacanau and Le Porge.

By train

Teich train station is located on the Bordeaux-Arcachon TER N° 32 regional rail route. There are up to 40 departures a day from the station, which is a 15 minute walk from the reserve entrance. From here you can link up with TGV high-speed rail services at Arcachon, Facture-Biganos and Bordeaux.

By plane

Bordeaux-Mérignac international airport is located 50 km away. Shuttle buses operate between the airport and Bordeaux train station.
